twenty-five years experience in a variety of capacities, focusing on Project
Controls in both a managerial role as well as a team member.
Responsibilities have included project and program management of schedule and
cost. Projects have included routine maintenance, modifications,
capital / construction projects, refueling/forced outages, Transmission &
Distribution (including permitting and easement), Flue Gas Desulfurization
(FGD) construction and Nuclear decommissioning. Scheduling
responsibilities include schedule development and execution from Engineering
to start up, critical path analysis, resource leveling, conducting daily
status & weekly look-ahead meetings, cost/resource management,
development of various reports (including schedule adherence, earned value,
histograms, field working reports, budget projections and performance
indicators).
